As such, these details should also be mentioned in the letter. There may be some cases where there is nothing exceptional that you can mention about a teacher. As has been said before, it is not necessary to include so many details about the teacher in an experience certificate unless you deem necessary. Of course, a little appreciation will always do any employee good in her/his future endeavors.
